1. Measure your waist and add 12" (30.5 cm), then divide by 2 — select a size with a width greater than this number.

2. Measure length from belt to belt through the crotch, add 3" (7.6 cm) — select a size with length equal to or greater than this.

Example: Waist 40" → (40+12)/2 = 26" minimum width; Length 30" + 3" = 33" minimum length → Choose Medium size.
